Here are the recordings of our Live Thursday Night KickFitter Family Fitness Classes, the videos are 30-45 minutes and have a variety of exercises.
Each video has different exercises for an all over workout for strength and cardio vascular fitness.
Our Live KF Classes are every Thursday at 5.45pm and the latest one is saved down so you will always have the latest 10 classes.
The videos do not require any equipment and are suitable for ALL the Family – children and adults so you can do the class together.
